Salted Chocolate Lovelies

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

- 1 tsp refined coconut oil

- 1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20 second increments in the microwave, stirring each time until the chocolate is completely melted. Alternatively, you can melt them over a double boiler or carefully on the stove top.
2. Pour the melted chocolate into a zip lock bag and cut off one small corner.
3. Place a small amount of coarse pink salt into each section of 12 small candy cups or a silicone candy mold.
4. Divide into 12 equal portions, leaving enough room to add nuts.
5. Sprinkle each with the chopped nuts and carefully press into the chocolate to ensure the pieces will adhere.
6. Place into the refrigerator until set.

Notes

Any chopped nut can be substituted. Also, salt may be omitted, as desired.
