Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Blanched Almond Flour

- 1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

- 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese

- 1 Large Egg

- 2 sheets parchment paper cut to the size of the baking pan

1 12" pizza crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine almond flour with baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Set aside.

In a glass bowl, combine cheeses and microwave 1:20 minutes until the cheese is melted and easy to stir with a rubber scraper. If it is not melted enough, re-melt it for about 10 seconds.

Add dry ingredients to cheese mixture and stir with the rubber scraper until nearly combined.

Add egg and with hands, knead and mix until all ingredients are combined. If the dough is sticky, add just enough additional almond flour to make it easier to handle.

Place the dough between the two sheets of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out to the edges of the sheet. Peel off the top parchment sheet and discard.

Prick the crust all over with a fork. Place into the oven on the center shelf for 9 minutes. Carefully flip the dough over leaving the parchment between the dough and the baking sheet. Bake an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove promptly. Top with your favorite pizza toppings and place until the broiler for 3-4 minutes, watching carefully to avoid over browning,

Notes

During the baking process, leave the oven light on to avoid over browning, checking often to ensure even baking.
