SCK Hemp Seed Crackers

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

- 3/4 cup sunflower seed flour (See note)

- 3/4 cup hemp hearts

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1 Egg

- 2 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
3. Form the mixture into a ball and roll out between two sheets of parchment paper. Keep the surface even when rolling and square up the corners. At this point the dough is very pliable so it can be manipulated easily. Remove top parchment sheet and discard. Leave dough on the bottom parchment sheet for baking.
4. Using a fork, pierce the dough generously to prevent air pockets from forming during baking.
5. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut through dough to form 50 2" crackers. Carefully lift the crackers with the parchment paper and place onto a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove crackers from the oven and leave undisturbed in the pan until completely cooled.
8. Carefully separate crackers using the tip of a sharp knife.

Notes

Crackers will keep for up to one week in an airtight container, or up to 3 months in the freezer.

If sunflower flour isn't available, place raw, unseasoned sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder or food processor until a fine flour is achieved. Sift flour to remove any large pieces. Store excess flour in the refrigerator.
