Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup salted butter, softened

- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup powdered Swerve

- 7 drops Stevia Liquid, Vanilla

Directions

1. Using a kitchen aid or beaters, blend butter and cream cheese together until smooth, being careful not to overbeat the base.
2. Add the powdered sweetener one tablespoon at a time until blended.
3. Add 7 drops of the liquid Stevia.
4. Fill a piping bag and frost up to 6 cupcakes
5. Place frosted cupcakes in the fridge to firm up frosting

Notes

This recipe can be easily be doubled or tripled based on the number of cupcakes or cakes.
