Peanut Butter Breeze

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

- 1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

- 2Tbsp Powdered Swerve

- 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- Chopped, roasted Peanuts (Optional)

Directions

1. Slightly soften the peanut butter, but do not melt.
2. Place a metal or glass mixing bowl and two beaters into the freezer for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the bowl and add the cream, peanut butter, Swerve and vanilla.
4. Beat with an electric mixer for 4-7 minutes until stiff peaks form.
5. Spoon or pipe and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.

Notes

Pipe extra servings into individual containers. Place in the freezer and when serving, allow to defrost slightly for 10 minutes before serving.

If you are dairy free, try using a whipping cream alternative, but reduce the whipping time to achieve soft peaks without over mixing.
