Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Peanut Butter Powder

- 1/2 Cup Powdered Swerve

- 1/4 Cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder

- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp Baking Soda

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 2 Eggs

- 6 oz coconut cream

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare a cupcake pan with parchment liners
3. Mix dry ingredients until well blended
4. Slightly beat the eggs and add them to the dry ingredients
5. Add the remainder of the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated
6. Bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool completely before frosting
